Haven't you ever noticed that certain people remind you of others? Have you seen certain body types and characteristics in co-workers, family members, strangers? We do have identifiable chemistries and general characteristc chemical types of bodies, minds and emotions. It has been many years since I wrote about the five types of mental temperaments that define people. Each of you will be able to find yourself within the short descriptions that I will write below. Not only will the definitions include the mental and emotional symptoms but a little of the identifying physiogomy that goes along with these general characteristics. The five temperaments were taught to me by my greatest mentor Dr. Bernard Jensen more years ago than I want to say - yet they have continued to help me understand the differences in general body needs and are still pertinent today. Forked Tongue? Color? What does that mean? |
Of your state of health. Before you continue reading please get a hand mirror and sit down with it in front of this screen because I want to help you understand the differences of tongue color, coatings, cracks and other characteristics that may help you understand what your body is trying to tell you. I think everyone will have fun with this and you will certainly be looking at other people’s tongues like never before. This is just one way that your body tries to give you clues about your health, it is not meant to be a true diagnosis, however, if you visited a Chinese Medical Physician he/she would ask you stick out your tongue for a quick examination, along with checking your pulse which is another indicator of your level of health. Today we will focus just on the condition and appearance of your tongue.
